Dhaka National Medical College, formerly known as Dhaka National Medical Institute, was founded in 1925. However, it was reopened in 1994 and began activities under the auspices of Dhaka University. Dhaka National Medical College provides a 5-year MBBS program that is accredited by Dhaka University, Bangladesh, the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS), and the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research.

Dhaka National Medical Institute Hospital has 850 beds and provides emergency care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hospital is located adjacent to the academic building. ●    The students must have studied Physics, Chemistry & Biology as core subjects

●    GPA in Biology must be 3.5(60%)

●    The year of passing Class 10 should not be before 2021
●    The year of passing Class 12 should not be before 2023
●     Minimum 40% in all subject
