To participate in the West Bengal NEET UG 2024 counseling process for State Quota, Private College Management Quota, and NRI Quota seats, candidates must adhere to specific guidelines and requirements.
State Quota
Domicile Requirement: Candidates or their parents must be domiciled in West Bengal. A domicile certificate must be obtained and verified during document verification.
Domicile Certificate: Download from the WBMCC website. There are three proformas:
- Proforma A1: For candidates residing in West Bengal for at least 10 years and passing classes 10 and 12 from the state.
- Proforma A2: For candidates who passed the 12th in 2024 from West Bengal after residing in the state for 10 years.
- Proforma B: For candidates whose parents are permanent residents of West Bengal but the candidate passed class 10 or 12 outside the state.
Authorized Signatories: The domicile certificate must be signed by specific authorities such as District Magistrates, Police Commissioners, Judicial Magistrates, etc.
Document Verification: The original domicile certificate and other required documents must be presented during verification to be eligible for online choice filling.

- Non-Creamy layer Certificate/Income Certificate in case OBC/EWS from Proper authority (If the original certificate is issued before 01.04.2023)
- NEET UG Admit Card
- NEET UG Rank Letter
- Class 12 Certificate & MarkSheet
- Dominic Certificate
- In case Domicile B or E Domicile, any 2 photo ID proof of either Father or Mother showing residential address in West Bengal from among Passport/Voter Card/ Aadhar Card
- Caste/ Quota Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS) (If Applicable)
- ID Proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
- Domicile Certificate
- Medical Certificate
- Age Proof (Birth Certificate/High School/Higher Secondary Certificate)
