MCC Announces Special Stray Vacancy Round for Vacant Medical Seats
MCC has introduced a Special Stray Vacancy Round for NEET UG 2024 candidates to fill vacant medical seats. Learn the rules, eligibility, and important details here.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced a Special Stray Vacancy Round for NEET UG 2024 to ensure no unused medical seats. This round is open for candidates already registered with MCC who paid their fees earlier and are not holding any seats.
Important points:

• There are no fresh registrations; only existing registered candidates can participate.
• Fresh choice filling is mandatory. Previous choices are void.
• A refundable security deposit is required: ₹50,000 for government seats, and ₹3,00,000 for deemed universities.
• Non-joining candidates will lose their deposit and face debarment from NEET UG 2025.
• If selected, eligible candidates must confirm their participation online and report to their allotted institute with original documents.
