MCC Clarifies on Category Change for NEET Candidates
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of DGHS has clarified requests for category changes in the NEET registration process. Many candidates have asked to change their categories, but MCC has stated that the registration form details are pre-filled by NTA/NBE and are non-editable. Therefore, MCC cannot change or edit any candidate's category.
Candidates who wish to change their category must contact the examination authorities, either NTA or NBE, for category changes and rank revision.
