Seat Surrender for WB PG Medical Counseling 2024 Extended: Important Updates
The West Bengal PG Medical Counseling 2024 has extended the seat surrender deadline for Rounds 1 and 2. Candidates can now surrender their seats on January 28, 2025, between 10 AM and 4 PM.
For Round 1, candidates can surrender their seats without any penalty. However, for Round 2, surrendering requires forfeiting the admission fee. To complete the process, candidates must visit their admitted college in person and collect a server-generated Seat Surrender Letter.
Please note, that seat surrender is not allowed during Round 3 or later rounds of counseling. Surrendering with a bond penalty is only possible after the counseling session for 2024-25 ends.
