Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (BDM) with more than 3 years of experience to spearhead our business development efforts in Kolkata. The BDM will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of Business Development Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Oversee the preparation of sales reports and forecasts, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
